Been using this spray for over a week and oh my, I have had the most amazing sleep! I haven’t felt the need for caffeine to keep me awake.
I forgot it one night and I can tell the difference of not using it. Will definitely be stocking up on this!

I have been using the magnesium oil for approximately 2 weeks, I spray it on the bottom of my feet just before bed! I can’t not believe how much better my quality of sleep is and how relaxed my feet and legs feel when I wake up!

I also use it for neck aches and pains and have noticed a significant release of tension held prior to using this wonderful product
