Why I created this reset
I created this reset because this is the work I come back to when my own life has been busy for a while.
As a business owner, a mum, and someone who holds a lot, I know the difference between being busy and being stuck in a state of constant urgency. I also know that pushing harder doesn’t bring you back to balance.
What helps is giving the body simple, consistent support — so the nervous system can recalibrate and respond differently.

A few things you might be wondering
What's actually included?
You'll receive five Hide + Soak Magnesium Bath Soaks (one per week), the Magnesium Oil Spray for daily use in between, a reusable cotton bath bag, and five weekly guided emails from Amee — each with a short video walking you through that week's focus and practice.
I don't have a bath. Can I still do this?
Absolutely. All five soaks work beautifully as foot soaks using the included cotton bath bag in a small basin. The feet are highly absorbent — you'll still get the full benefit.
When do the emails start?
Your products will be posted to you first. Once they're on their way, you'll receive a welcome email from Amee with everything you need to know. Week one begins when you're ready.
What if life gets in the way and I miss a week?
