I have been using Hide and Soaks Magnesium Spray for a while now, but recently I started the spray it on my feet before I go to bed and been having the most restful sleep I’ve had in years.
Bought this to make a care package for my pregnant girlfriend, she absolutely loves the bath salts.
I use this blend after a big cardio session and it definitely helps to relieve sore muscles. It smells and looks so good too which is a huge bonus to helping you feel relaxed and pampered. I would highly recommend!

I have been using the magnesium oil for approximately 2 weeks, I spray it on the bottom of my feet just before bed! I can’t not believe how much better my quality of sleep is and how relaxed my feet and legs feel when I wake up!

Franki Blue is amazing! I used this after a 15km walk and had no sore muscles at all. I was quite surprised, it was so relaxing and I felt very invigorated afterwards. Would definitely recommend it.
