Directions

Fill your Hide + Soak bath bag or sprinkle a handful of this luxurious bath soak directly into your bath and let it dissolve while you soak. Hide + Soak for 20 mins or more. Suitable for hot baths, ice baths and foot baths.

Goodbye sore muscles

I use this blend after a big cardio session and it definitely helps to relieve sore muscles. It smells and looks so good too which is a huge bonus to helping you feel relaxed and pampered. I would highly recommend!

Franki Blue is amazing! I used this after a 15km walk and had no sore muscles at all. I was quite surprised, it was so relaxing and I felt very invigorated afterwards. Would definitely recommend it.
