Over the next five weeks, you'll be guided through simple yet powerful techniques to move you towards a calm, settled and regulated state. We take each week at a time, and each step at a time.
Be patient and gentle with yourself throughout. Give yourself permission to be fully present.

These two things take less than ten minutes and they matter more than you might think. Don't skip them.
Your intention
Write this question in your journal.
Get out your journal, notebook, or open Notes on your phone — whatever works for you. Write down this question:
"How do I want to feel at the end of this reset?"
Once you've written it — sit for a moment. Visualise it. Really feel it. This primes the body and the mind for what's ahead.
Maybe you want to feel less urgency inside. More calm, regardless of what's happening around you. Maybe you want to feel less reactive — so when things come up, you can pause, choose, and respond. Whatever it is for you right now is exactly right.
Your weekly date
Set a standing appointment with yourself.
Choose a day and time each week for your soak and to spend time doing this work. Put it in your calendar now — and treat it exactly like you would any other appointment.
You've already made a promise to yourself when you purchased this Reset. This is how you honour that promise.
This matters. Creating this consistent space is part of the process of building safety and trust within your body. It's not a nice-to-have — it's the work.
