Have recently bought my 2nd bottle of Magnesium spray for my family 💙💙 it has helped so much in settling my boys down to a long deep sleep. I have been using Hide and Soaks Magnesium Spray for a while now, but recently I started the spray it on my feet before I go to bed and been having the most restful sleep I’ve had in years.

Bought this to make a care package for my pregnant girlfriend, she absolutely loves the bath salts.

I use this blend after a big cardio session and it definitely helps to relieve sore muscles. It smells and looks so good too which is a huge bonus to helping you feel relaxed and pampered. I would highly recommend!
