Have recently bought my 2nd bottle of Magnesium spray for my family 💙💙 it has helped so much in settling my boys down to a long deep sleep. As a Mum you go to bed with a million things going over in your head…a few spray of the magnesium spray works wonders. Have also used the incredible bath soaks which smell lovely and help with sore muscles and relaxing the mind.

AMAZING!

I have been using Hide and Soaks Magnesium Spray for a while now, but recently I started the spray it on my feet before I go to bed and been having the most restful sleep I’ve had in years.

Bought this to make a care package for my pregnant girlfriend, she absolutely loves the bath salts.

I use this blend after a big cardio session and it definitely helps to relieve sore muscles. It smells and looks so good too which is a huge bonus to helping you feel relaxed and pampered. I would highly recommend!

Been using this spray for over a week and oh my, I have had the most amazing sleep! I haven’t felt the need for caffeine to keep me awake.

I have been using the magnesium oil for approximately 2 weeks, I spray it on the bottom of my feet just before bed! I can’t not believe how much better my quality of sleep is and how relaxed my feet and legs feel when I wake up!

I also use it for neck aches and pains and have noticed a significant release of tension held prior to using this wonderful product

I have previously used magnesium soaks from the supermarket with little to no results so I assumed that magnesium wasn’t for me.. until I tried hide and soak! Everything about this product is incredible, the thoughtful packaging, the essential oils and botanicals and the quality of the magnesium is incredible!

I used the juniper soak after a big weekend of Ironman training, the following day my recovery was well underway! The tightness in my calves was reduced and I had an overall sense of relaxation and relief! Not to mention my skin felt softer and hydrated and smelt AMAZING!
